A biotech company with a history as long as ours is rich in ups and downs. Learnings and insights. Failures and successes. Throughout our existence, we have always stayed true to our core commitment to develop and deliver treatments to patients that may have an extraordinary impact on their lives.

We are a commercial-stage biotech company headquartered in Durham, North Carolina with a regional office in Boston, Massachusetts. We draw on the strengths and expertise of all our colleagues—from those of us in the field to others based in home offices and around the globe.
