Culture is the fabric that binds BioCryst together and makes it a special place to work.
Our culture of inclusion is at the core of how we operate at BioCryst.
We work together. No one person is more important than the whole. We are unified by our goal to develop novel oral medicines for rare diseases to help patients take part in everyday activities and enjoy life.

VP Project Leader and Program Management
We are a small, dedicated group of people who are committed to achieving the same goal. The contributions and commitment of BioCryst employees is invigorating and motivates me every day.
Clinical Study Manager
The camaraderie amongst employees and the passion to make a big difference in people’s lives is what makes BioCryst such a great place to work.
Clinical Project Assistant
BioCryst encourages diverse thinking, broadening our knowledge and responsibilities beyond our core roles. This provides for a very interesting and challenging environment.
Director, Global Regulatory Operations
BioCryst is a proud partner of patient advocacy organizations to improve and expand educational and outreach efforts in hereditary angioedema (HAE) and fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP). We support the Hereditary Angioedema Association (HAEA), based in the US, and also Hereditary Angioedema International (HAEi), as well as many regional and local HAE organizations. We are also supporters of IFOPA, the International FOP Association. The BioCryst team is enthusiastic about opportunities to engage in activities organized by our patient communities, such as charity runs and town hall information sessions.
We are also very proud to support our local community, particularly in times of need. Most recently, our employees have been very active in donating their time and money to support the Carolina communities impacted by Hurricane Florence.
